Not all dents are created equal and neither is a pdr technician. This deep body line dent removal was a very challenging dent indeed. Our first step was to determine what tools we would need. Obviously one was a heat gun but the others were the right tool tip and understand how hard to push the dent from behind. You probably by now realize paintless dent removal is an art. We don't just hook up a machine and wah-la it's out. Unfortunately many people assume removing a dent is easy. To be honest, it can be but that comes with great experience and much practice in the past.
